Scheppers was founded in Ahmedabad in 2020. Scheppers is dedicated
to the users with a sense of design and Innovative style of modern architecture.
Scheppers brings you a diversity of molded metal products such as metal false ceilings, exterior elevations, and facades. We provide our products and execute our services across India. Our primary offices are in Ahmedabad (Gujarat) and Hyderabad (Telangana), and our supply chain actively brings forth orders from influential Indian regions.

Galvalume Plain Steel Coil
The alloy-coated product contains 55% aluminum, 43.5%
zinc and 1.5% silicon by weight. Made with the-traditional
hot-dipping process, Galvalume is a suitable match for
applications that demand high corrosion resistance and
heat reflectivity

Increased Life Span
The metal ceilings have a life of 30 years, which is double the life span of gypsum ceilings. They can be implemented up to this period without any major wear and tear.
Sustainable Life Cycle
These metal ceilings are 100% recyclable rather than the gypsum ceilings whose most of the waste and damaged structures go to landfills and debris.
Easy & Cheap Maintenance
The maintenance schedule of these metal ceilings would most probably be wiped down with a mild detergent. While gypsum ceilings need to be replaced when stained or damaged.
Fire Resistant
The metal ceilings can handle fire situations up to very higher temperatures because the melting and boiling points are very high as compared to any material used in the construction.
Wide Range Of Sizes & Shades
There is a vast range of colors and shades available for metal ceilings. Different interior and exterior solutions are also available.
Efficient Performance
The ventilation is excellent in metal ceilings due to the perforations, also they maintain subtle humidity. Whereas in gypsum ceilings, grills and beams are needed to be installed for ventilation.
Water Damage Control
The metal ceilings are not affected by contact with water until they are not continuous.
Reflections
The reflection percentage in metal ceilings is as high as 95% compared to the reflection percentage of gypsum ceilings which is about 80%.
Acoustic Characteristics
In terms of gypsum ceilings, 0.55 to 0.75 NRC specified for American and European atmosphere, but with the metal ceilings, the NRC value specified is up to 0.9 for Indian conditions
Paint Coating
The paint on metal ceilings is much long-lasting due to the coil or powder coating.
